These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RaceHub web and mobile platform (the "Platform"), operated by RaceHub Technologies FZ‑LLC ("RaceHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2.1 RaceHub does not impose specific age restrictions. However, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or are using the Platform under parental or guardian consent where required by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.2 RaceHub assumes no liability for Users misrepresenting their eligibility or identity.
3.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep such information up‑to‑date.
3.2 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to share your account access.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorised or not.
3.4 RaceHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that (a) provides false information, (b) breaches these Terms, or (c) poses a security, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform or other Users.
4.1 Paid subscription tiers, pricing, and benefits are described on the Pricing page and may be modified with 30 days' prior notice via email or in‑Platform notice.
4.2 All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved third-party providers. You agree to comply with their respective terms of service.
4.3 RaceHub does not store or process payment information.
4.4 You agree that all transactions are final unless otherwise stated. Chargebacks or unauthorised disputes may result in account suspension.
4.5 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal period. No refunds are provided for unused time or mid-cycle cancellation unless legally required.
5.1 You agree not to use the Platform to:
5.2 RaceHub reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate messages and content exchanged via the Platform to protect Users and enforce these Terms. Messaging content may be stored and reviewed in compliance with data protection laws.
5.3 RaceHub has zero tolerance for abusive or discriminatory behaviour. Accounts exhibiting such behaviour may be permanently banned without prior notice.
5.4 Non‑Disparagement. You agree not to publicly disparage, defame, or damage RaceHub's reputation in any form, online or offline, including but not limited to reviews, posts, or public commentary, for a period of 12 months after account termination. This does not limit your rights to lawful feedback under consumer protection laws.
6.1 You retain ownership of all content you submit, but grant RaceHub a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive License to store, use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content to operate and promote the Platform.
6.2 You acknowledge full responsibility for any Content you upload or share and agree not to post anything that violates law, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or another person's privacy.
7.1 RaceHub is not a party to any agreement or transaction formed between Users. Any arrangements, financial or otherwise, are entirely at your own risk.
7.2 You acknowledge and agree that RaceHub does not vet, screen, or verify the credentials, legality, suitability, or integrity of Users. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence.
7.3 Any disputes, breaches, or losses arising from User‑to‑User agreements must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
7B.1 If a Team identifies, contacts, negotiates with, or enters into any arrangement with a Driver who was first discovered, introduced, or made visible through the Platform (a "Platform-Sourced Engagement"), the Team must maintain an active paid subscription for the duration of that engagement.
7B.2 This obligation applies regardless of whether the final agreement, communication, or transaction occurs on or off the Platform, and includes:
7B.3 The applicable subscription must correspond to the Team's selected plan (e.g., Pro or Elite) and remain active for the full period in which the Driver participates in activities arranged as a result of the Platform connection.
7B.4 Circumventing the Platform to avoid subscription fees after establishing contact with a Driver through RaceHub constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
7B.5 In the event of non-compliance, RaceHub reserves the right to:
7B.6 Teams agree to provide truthful information regarding engagements formed through Platform connections upon reasonable request for compliance and audit purposes.
Except for User Content, all trademarks, service marks, logos, code, design elements, and proprietary technologies are owned or licensed by RaceHub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.
RaceHub is committed to protecting your data. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws including UAE DPL, EU GDPR, and other data privacy regulations. See our full Privacy Policy for detailed practices.
The Platform may link to or use third-party tools (including Stripe). RaceHub is not liable for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external websites or service providers. Your engagement with third parties is entirely at your own risk.
11.1 The Platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11.2 RaceHub makes no guarantees regarding User outcomes, including finding drivers, filling seats, or making profitable connections.
11.3 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11.4 RaceHub is not responsible for any financial, reputational, or personal damages resulting from use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaceHub shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility. In no event shall RaceHub's liability exceed the greater of AED 1,000 or the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RaceHub, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
14.1 RaceHub reserves the right to suspend, disable, or delete your account (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms or pose a legal, financial, or reputational risk.
14.2 Upon termination:
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the regulations of the relevant free zone authority.
15.2 Amicable Resolution: Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
15.3 Arbitration Clause: Failing resolution, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under DIFC‑LCIA rules, seated in Dubai, UAE, in English.
You agree to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to anti‑money‑laundering (AML), counter‑terrorism financing (CTF), and economic sanctions. RaceHub may conduct compliance checks and reserve the right to block Users flagged under such frameworks.
RaceHub shall not be held liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, technical failures, or acts of government.
Any feedback, reviews, or testimonials you provide may be used by RaceHub for marketing or improvement purposes without compensation. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable licence to publish and display such content.
